Despite its massive global adoption and popularity in various countries, very little is known about the team behind this massive project, as they have remained anonymous.

Little is known about the team behind the project and the motive, vision, and projections for the Hamster Kombat project.

The anonymous team behind Hamster Kombat, in an email response to The Block, gave a detailed description of who they are, their vision, and their projections for the Hamster Kombat project.

Inspired by Notcoin but not Notcoin

The Hamster Kombat founders revealed that their project was inspired by the success of Notcoin but is quite different from it since they added their style and also drew some additional inspiration from the popularity of social media games back in 2010.

“We were inspired by the success of Bitcoin and the popularity of social media games in the 2010s. So, we took the best of both and added our philosophy of unity and a lot of educational content, Hamster Kombat’s founders explained.

They also added that they admired meme stocks and social media and drew slight inspiration from them while creating Hamster Kombat.

“We were largely inspired by the GameStop and Reddit story, where retail investors showed their power over Wall Street, They added.

The team confirmed that they have been into blockchain and games since 2013.

A Planned Second Airdrop

The founders responded to questions on the project’s continued existence after its first airdrop, which is expected to happen in weeks. They explained that they plan for the project to be around for a very long time and already have plans for the second airdrop in the next two years.

“The game will go on, and there will be a second season with the second airdrop in the next two years, We think that the token, which will belong to millions of users worldwide, holds a massive value in itself. the team stated.

Strong Aversion to Bots

The Hamster Kombat team harped on their efforts to maintain the project’s integrity by cleaning out the Bots. Bots are a major challenge to Telegram-based clicker games, and the team behind Hamster Kombat is looking to follow in the footsteps of Notcoin, which cleaned out 20% of bot accounts.

“We see everyone trying to flood bots, and we will clean them up before the listing. Notcoin was able to ban around 20% of bot accounts, so we’ll try to do the same … Using bots and referral cheating will be punished.

The number of bots that make up the 250 million Hamster Kombat users is uncertain.

1 Billion people target

The Hamster Kombat team revealed their target of reaching 1 billion people globally with their project.

“We are an edutainment project created with the goal of mass adoption. Our mission is to reach 1 billion people worldwide who will be a part of this whole project and will be learning about the blockchain and web3 worlds,

“We also care about financial literacy and universal basic income, and it looks like we’re becoming one of the biggest projects in this area.
